So once the installation is finished and the fitters have left, We will be in touch just to make sure you’re 100% happy with how everything’s been handled and that the end results live up to your expectations. It’s only once we know this that we will sign the work off, completing the installation work.

No misunderstandings

For the best possible results and to ensure the smooth running of your project, quotations will always be given in writing and clearly outline all the work included in the price.

There are no hidden charges.
If we agreed a fixed price for the job, and whilst doing the work you ask us to do something extra, we will agree with you the cost of the extra work before we start it. That way there are no suprise costs and you are kept fully informed.
We do ask for extra time if we need it in order to deliver a quality job.
When the job is finished, you will be asked if you a 100% happy with the work done.

We can also provide a number of services in order to complete the transformation of your kitchen, bedroom or bathroom -

Electrical -	We can provide for all extra electrical requirements, from simple socket outlets to complete house re-wiring by NECEIC approved electricians and issue appropriate certificates on completion.
Gas -	We can provide for all gas requirements, from simple disconnection and reconnections of gas appliances to moving boilers. All gas work is carried out with gas engineers registered with Gas Safe.
Plumbing -	We are experienced in all types of domestic plumbing and provide our clients with a service that is second to none which is why all of our work carries part and labour guarantees.
Tiling -	we can provide professional wall and floor tiling service. We undertake all aspects of tiling - bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories and hallways, all completed to a showroom finish. We specialise in quality, excellent workmanship and provide a clean, friendly, reliable service
Plastering -	Plastering works are carried out by our team of experienced time served plasterers and come with our guarantee.
